Steven (Tibor) Mikes was born on November 20th, 1952 in Paks Hungry.
Steve was my best friend and I considered him my brother. We got lost
in our music together and most often went days on end without sleep because of it.
Steve's passion for music was only surpassed by his love for his daughter Danielle,
and his wife Pati. I thank God for giving me the opportunity to be his friend and I will cherish every
moment that we spent together. I think of Steve every day and remember his love for life,
music, and his generousity toward all of those who knew him. Steve passed away in his sleep
on March 25th, 2001 in his home in Florida. We will miss you dearly.
